How Fload Works

Fload connects to your data sources and runs AI agents that monitor, analyze, and act on your behalf. You don't need to check dashboards or remember to reply to reviews — the agents handle it.

At the center is the Orchestrator — the AI brain that coordinates everything. It runs multiple times a day, observes what's happening across your apps, decides what needs attention, and dispatches specialized agents to take action.

The agent system

Each agent specializes in one area of your app business:

AgentWhat it does
OrchestratorCoordinates all agents, generates daily briefings, dispatches actions
Review AgentReads app reviews, drafts personalized replies, optionally posts them automatically
Growth AuditScores your app across acquisition, retention, monetization, ASO, engagement, and reviews
ASO AgentOptimizes your store listings and pushes approved changes to the stores
Ads AgentMonitors, reports on, and optimizes ad campaigns across all major platforms
Anomaly DetectionWatches your metrics 24/7 and alerts you when something unusual happens
Product TestingInstalls your app on a real device and produces a full onboarding UX report
Submission ReviewChecks your code and metadata against App Store guidelines before you submit

Agents run automatically on a schedule, or you can trigger them on demand. The Orchestrator also dispatches agents when it detects something that needs attention.

Smart Agent Auto-Setup

You don't need to configure each agent manually. When you first set up Fload, Smart Setup analyzes your app metadata and reviews, then auto-activates the Review, Growth Audit, ASO, and Anomaly Detection agents with sensible configurations — all with one click.

You can always adjust settings later, but most teams find Smart Setup gets it right from the start.

How a typical day looks

  1. Morning — the Orchestrator runs its first cycle. It checks overnight metrics, collects agent results, and sends you a daily briefing via email, Slack, or Discord.
  2. Throughout the day — new reviews come in and the Review Agent drafts replies. Anomaly Detection watches for metric spikes or drops. If something urgent happens, the Orchestrator triggers a mini-cycle.
  3. In the background — your data syncs automatically from all connected platforms. Agents have fresh data every time they run.

You stay in control. Depending on your settings, agents either queue actions for your approval or execute them automatically.

What's free vs. paid

All agent pages are always visible — there are no activation gates. Your data, dashboards, and reports are always free to view.

AI actions — like generating draft replies, running AI analysis, or pushing optimized metadata — require a Pro subscription ($50/month, 14-day free trial).
