Getting Started
Fload is an AI-powered operations platform for mobile apps. It connects to your app stores, ad networks, and revenue tools — then runs AI agents that analyze your data, take action, and help you grow.
All your data is free to view. AI actions require a Pro subscription ($50/month) with a 14-day free trial.
Set up in 6 steps
- Connect your data sources — start with App Store Connect or Google Play. This step is required — it's how Fload gets your revenue, downloads, and reviews. If you have both iOS and Android versions of the same app, Fload auto-detects the pair and lets you link them to share one asset.
- Start your free trial (optional) — you can skip this and explore your data first. All dashboards and metrics are free. Start the 14-day trial whenever you're ready to unlock AI actions.
- Activate agents with Smart Setup — one click and Fload's AI analyzes your app metadata and reviews, then auto-activates the Review, Growth Audit, ASO, and Anomaly Detection agents with sensible configurations. No manual per-agent wizard needed.
- Explore Chat — open Chat and ask something like "what happened to my revenue last month?" You get 3 free messages per day, or unlimited with Pro.
- Invite your team — add team members to your organization so everyone sees the same apps and data.
- Connect Slack — get daily briefings, anomaly alerts, and AI chat directly in your Slack workspace.

Key concepts
Asset — an app in Fload. One asset maps to one app (or one app per platform). You can have multiple assets per organization. Cross-platform apps (iOS + Android) can be linked to share one asset.
Connector — a link to a data source (e.g., your App Store Connect account). One connector can provide data for multiple apps.
Organization — your workspace. Invite team members, and everyone sees the same apps and data.
Sync — the background process that fetches new data from your connected platforms. Syncs happen automatically on a regular schedule.
