Fload Documentation
Fload is an analytics and intelligence platform for mobile app founders. It pulls data from your app stores, ad networks, and revenue tools, then surfaces insights, anomalies, and AI-driven analysis so you know what's happening in your app before your competitors know what's happening in theirs.
What Fload does
- Unified metrics — revenue, downloads, subscriptions, trials, retention, and engagement from App Store Connect and Google Play, all in one place.
- AI analytics chat — ask questions about your data in plain English. Get charts, breakdowns, and answers instantly.
- Anomaly detection — automatic alerts when any metric spikes or drops unexpectedly.
- Revenue forecasting — forward-looking projections for revenue, downloads, active subscriptions, and new trials.
- Review agent — reads every App Store review, generates AI-crafted reply drafts, and (optionally) posts them automatically.
- Product agent (Coming Soon) — installs your app on a real device and produces a full onboarding report.
- Ad attribution — ad spend, installs, CPA, and ROAS from Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Weekly digest — email and Slack summaries every Monday with your key metrics and week-over-week changes.
Quick start
- [Book a demo](https://calendly.com/ryan-fload/fload-demo-ai-agent-for-mobile-apps) to get started with Fload.
- Connect your first data source — App Store Connect or Google Play (see Data Connectors).
- Wait for first sync — typically 15–30 minutes for initial data load.
- Explore your dashboard — metrics land on the Assets page. Click any app to see full timeseries data.
- Ask the AI — open Chat and ask "what happened to my revenue last month?" or "show me downloads by country."
Plans & tiers
Fload uses a revenue-based access model. There is no rigid feature tier table — access scales with your app's MRR.
| Tier | Eligibility | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 MRR | 1 Product Agent run, no AI chat, no Review Agent |
| Startup | MRR > $0 and < $5,000 | Full access (AI chat, Review Agent, anomalies, forecasting) with soft limits |
| Exceeded | MRR >= $5,000 (no subscription) | Full access + upgrade prompt |
| Pro | Active Stripe subscription | Full access + overage credits |
| Trial | Trialing Stripe subscription | Same as Pro |
Review Agent: Startup tier includes 10 AI reply drafts/month. Pro includes 100/month, with additional replies billed at $0.10/reply.
Product Agent: 1 free lifetime run. Additional runs use overage credits ($5.00/run).

Key concepts
Asset — an app in Fload. One asset maps to one app (or one app+platform combination). You can have multiple assets per organization.
Connector — a link to a data source (e.g., your App Store Connect account). One connector can provide data for multiple apps.
Organization — your workspace. You can invite team members, and each member sees the same apps and data.
Data source — the pairing of a specific app ID (from the store) to an asset. An asset can have multiple data sources (e.g., same app on both iOS and Android).
Sync — the background process that fetches new data from your connected platforms. Syncs happen automatically on a regular schedule.
