Monitoring & Alerts

The Monitoring dashboard gives you a unified view of all anomalies detected by the Anomaly Detection agent. Review what happened, understand why, and configure how you want to be alerted.

Dashboard

Go to Monitoring in the sidebar to see all detected anomalies.

Tabs

  • All — every anomaly (surges and declines)
  • Surges — positive anomalies only
  • Declines — negative anomalies only
  • Dismissed — anomalies you've already reviewed

Anomaly details

Click any anomaly to see:

  • Chart — the metric over time with the anomaly highlighted
  • Expected vs. actual — what the value should have been vs. what it was
  • Context — dimensional breakdowns showing which countries, products, or campaigns drove the change
  • AI explanation — what likely caused it
  • Suggested actions — what to investigate or do next

Notifications

Configure how you want to be alerted:

Notifications are sent for medium+ severity anomalies via Slack and Discord. Configure your channels in Settings → Integrations.

Dismissing anomalies

Once you've reviewed an anomaly and understand the cause, dismiss it. Dismissals hide anomalies from the active view and move them to the Dismissed tab.

Using Chat with anomalies

You can ask Chat about anomalies directly:

  • "Why did my revenue spike last Tuesday?"
  • "What caused the download drop this week?"
  • "Are there any anomalies I should know about?"

The AI has access to your anomaly data and can correlate with other metrics to explain what happened.
