Connect TikTok Ads Manager to track spend and performance from TikTok advertising campaigns.

Setup: OAuth

TikTok Ads uses OAuth through TikTok's standard flow.

Steps

  1. In Fload, go to Connectors → Add connector → TikTok Ads.
  2. Click Connect with TikTok.
  3. Log in with the TikTok account that has access to your TikTok Ads Manager.
  4. Authorize Fload to read your ad account data.
  5. Select the advertiser account you want to connect.
  6. Click Finish.

Token refresh

TikTok access tokens expire every 24 hours, and refresh tokens expire after 1 year. Fload handles the 24-hour refresh automatically. If the refresh token expires (after 1 year of inactivity), you'll need to reconnect the account.

Troubleshooting

Connector shows "error" after ~1 year TikTok refresh tokens expire after 1 year. Reconnect the account to get a fresh token.

No install data TikTok app install tracking requires the TikTok SDK or Measurement Partner integration in your app. Without it, TikTok can't attribute installs.

Advertiser not found Make sure you're logging in with the TikTok account that has access to the Ads Manager, not just a regular TikTok account.
