Review Agent
The Review Agent reads every new App Store and Google Play review, drafts a personalized reply, and either queues it for your approval or posts it automatically — depending on your settings.
Modes

You set the mode per app, so you can run full agentic on some apps and manual on others. The mode selector always reflects your saved setting, regardless of your current subscription status — if your plan doesn't include a particular mode, the selector still shows what you've configured and indicates what's available on upgrade.
What "full agentic" means
- A new review arrives.
- The AI generates a reply based on your configured tone, team name, and any custom instructions.
- Fload posts the reply to the App Store or Google Play.
- The reply appears on the store immediately.
- One credit is consumed per draft.
There is no queue, no approval screen. The reply goes live. We recommend starting in manual mode to build confidence before switching to full agentic.
Setup
Before enabling the Review Agent, configure it for each app. Navigate to Reviews → [your app] → Settings.

How replies are generated
The AI reads the review's star rating, title, body, country, and app version. It applies your configured tone, team name, and custom instructions to craft a personalized response.
Write actions
The Review Agent can post replies directly to both the App Store and Google Play. In full agentic mode, replies go live automatically. In manual mode, they're queued as pending actions. Every posted reply is logged and visible in your activity feed.
Learned tone
When you edit or reject AI-generated drafts, Fload observes the pattern and adjusts future replies for that app. Over time, the agent adapts to sound like you — not like a generic AI. The more you edit, the better it gets — most teams find they rarely need to edit replies after the first few weeks.
Manual mode workflow
- A new review arrives.
- Fload generates a draft reply.
- You see it on the Reviews page under the relevant review.
- Click Approve to post, Edit to revise, or Dismiss to discard.
- Process drafts one at a time or in bulk.
Multi-language support
The Review Agent handles reviews in any language. It reads the review in the original language and generates a reply in the same language. You can also translate reviews with one click.
Pros/cons analysis
The Review Agent can analyze a batch of your reviews and produce a structured summary:
- Overall sentiment
- Top things users love (with frequency)
- Top complaints (with frequency)
Trigger this from the Reviews page or by asking Chat: "What are users saying about my app?"
iOS vs. Android
Both platforms are supported. Setup is per-platform within the same app:
- iOS — requires the Customer Support role on your App Store Connect connector
- Android — requires the Google Play connector to be set up
You can enable the agent on one or both platforms independently.
Limitations
- Apple only allows one reply per review, and replies cannot be deleted once posted. In full agentic mode, there is no undo.
- Google Play allows editing replies after posting.
- The agent only works for apps with an active App Store Connect or Google Play connector.
