Reviews

Fload syncs all your App Store reviews and gives you tools to read them, analyze sentiment, and respond — manually or automatically via the Review Agent.

What gets synced

  • All App Store (iOS) reviews for apps connected via App Store Connect
  • All Google Play (Android) reviews for apps connected via Google Play
  • Review metadata: rating, title, body, country, app version, date
  • Developer replies (if any exist)

Fload does not pull the reviewer's name beyond what Apple/Google publicly provides.

The Reviews page

Go to Reviews in the sidebar, then select an app. You'll see:

  • Rating summary — aggregate star distribution
  • All reviews — filterable list of every review
  • Analyses tab — AI-generated pros/cons summaries
  • Settings — Review Agent configuration

Filtering reviews

Filter by:

  • Star rating (1–5)
  • Date range
  • Country (storefront)
  • App version
  • Platform (iOS / Android)
  • Whether a reply exists

Review Agent

The Review Agent automates or assists with replying to reviews. See the full Review Agent documentation for details.

Quick summary:

  • Manual mode: AI generates draft replies for you to review and send manually.
  • Full agentic mode: AI generates drafts and posts replies automatically — no human in the loop.
  • Inactive: Review Agent is off; reviews are still synced but no drafts are generated.

AI sentiment analysis

Fload can analyze a batch of recent reviews and produce a structured pros/cons summary:

  • Overall sentiment (positive, neutral, negative, mixed)
  • Top things users love (with frequency counts)
  • Top improvement areas (with frequency counts)

To generate an analysis:

  1. Go to Reviews → [your app] → Analyses tab.
  2. Click Generate analysis.
  3. Fload analyzes the last 90 days of reviews by default.

You can also ask the AI chat: "What are users saying about [app name]?" and it will generate or retrieve an analysis automatically.

Analyses are saved so you can track how user sentiment changes over time.

Notifications

Get notified about new reviews via Slack or email. Configure notification preferences in Settings → Notifications or in the Review Agent settings per app.
