Setup method: invitation-based
Fload uses invitation-based setup — you invite Fload's service account to your App Store Connect team, and Fload handles authentication automatically. You do not need to create API keys.
Steps
- In Fload, go to Connectors → Add connector → App Store Connect.
- Search for your app by name or your developer name.
- Fload shows you the email address to invite.
- In App Store Connect, go to Users and Access → People → Invite People.
- Enter the email address Fload showed you.
- Set these roles:
- Finance — required for sales and revenue reports
- Customer Support — required for reading and replying to reviews
- Sales (optional) — for some analytics access
- Click Invite.
- Back in Fload, click Continue — Fload will detect the invitation and activate automatically.

Troubleshooting
Connector shows as "error" or "unhealthy" Apple may have revoked the invitation or the session expired. Go to Connectors, click the connector, and check the health status message. Re-inviting the account usually fixes it.
No data after 24 hours App Store Connect reports are delayed by 1–2 days (Apple's reporting lag). Financial reports are typically available by 8 AM Pacific the following day.
Reviews aren't showing up Reviews require the Customer Support role. Check your team's roles in App Store Connect.
Subscription metrics are empty Active subscription counts require subscription products in your app. If you only use one-time purchases, these fields will be zero.
