Chat

Fload Chat is a conversational interface for your app data. Ask questions in plain English — it fetches the right metrics, builds charts, and explains what it finds.

Chat is available on the web dashboard, in Slack, and in Discord.

What you can do

Ask about your metrics

  • "What was my revenue last month?"
  • "Show me downloads by country for Q3"
  • "How many active subscribers do I have?"
  • "What's my trial conversion rate this year?"

Create charts and tables

  • "Chart my revenue vs. downloads over the last 6 months"
  • "Show me a bar chart of installs by campaign"
  • "Create a table of my top 10 countries by revenue"

Charts and tables are saved as artifacts — you can reference them later or ask the AI to modify them ("make it a line chart instead" or "add proceeds to that chart").

Analyze your data

  • "Why did my revenue drop last Tuesday?"
  • "Compare my Q1 vs. Q2 performance"
  • "What are users saying about my app?"

Get forecasts

  • "What does my revenue look like for the next 6 months?"
  • "Is my subscriber growth trending up or down?"

Natural language metrics

You don't need to know metric names. Just describe what you want:

  • "revenue" or "proceeds" → net revenue
  • "downloads" or "installs" → total downloads
  • "subscribers" or "active subs" → active subscriptions
  • "trials" → active or new trials
  • "conversion rate" → store conversion rate
  • "ad spend" → total ad spend
  • "CPA" → cost per install

The AI also understands breakdowns: "by country", "by platform", "by campaign", "by product".

Conversation memory

Chat maintains context within a conversation. You can follow up naturally:

  • "Now show me the same for Android"
  • "Break that down by country"
  • "What about last year?"
  • "Add downloads to that chart"

Each conversation is saved and accessible from your chat history.

Growth chat conversations are scoped to the selected app — when you switch apps, you see that app's conversation history. This keeps your threads focused and makes it easy to pick up where you left off for any given app.

Where to use it

PlatformHow it works
WebOpen Chat from the Fload dashboard
SlackMessage the Fload bot in any channel it's been added to
DiscordMessage the Fload bot in any channel it's listening on

The same AI and the same data are available everywhere. Responses use the same credit pool regardless of platform.

Tips

  • Be specific about time — "last 30 days" is clearer than "recently"
  • Name your app — if you have multiple apps, tell the AI which one
  • Request chart types — "as a bar chart", "as a line chart", "as a table"
  • Ask for explanations — "Why is my conversion rate lower than last month?"
  • Follow up — the AI remembers your conversation context
