What you'll need

  • Service Account Username — from your Mixpanel organization settings

  • Project ID — from your Mixpanel project settings
  • Data Residency — US (default) or EU

Setup

  1. In Fload, go to Connectors > Add connector > Mixpanel
  2. In your Mixpanel Dashboard, go to Settings > Organization Settings > Service Accounts
  3. Create a new Service Account with at least Analyst role on your project
  4. Copy the Service Account Username and Secret (password)
  5. Copy your Project ID from Project Settings
  6. Select your Data Residency (US or EU) — EU projects use eu.mixpanel.com
  7. Paste these into Fload's connector setup and click Connect

What features this enables

  • Funnel and retention data in your asset dashboard
  • AI chat — "what's my onboarding funnel conversion?" "show me day 7 retention"
  • Growth Audit Agent uses Mixpanel data for engagement and retention scoring
  • Anomaly detection on funnel conversion rates
  • Orchestrator Agent correlates funnel changes with feature releases

Notes

  • Data is synced every hour
  • Historical data is backfilled for the last 90 days on initial connection
  • Fload reads event data only — it does not write to your Mixpanel project
