Mixpanel
Connect Mixpanel to sync event data, funnels, and retention data into Fload.
What it syncs

What you'll need
- Service Account Username — from your Mixpanel organization settings
- Service Account Secret (password) — generated when creating the service account
- Project ID — from your Mixpanel project settings
- Data Residency — US (default) or EU
Setup
- In Fload, go to Connectors > Add connector > Mixpanel
- In your Mixpanel Dashboard, go to Settings > Organization Settings > Service Accounts
- Create a new Service Account with at least Analyst role on your project
- Copy the Service Account Username and Secret (password)
- Copy your Project ID from Project Settings
- Select your Data Residency (US or EU) — EU projects use
eu.mixpanel.com - Paste these into Fload's connector setup and click Connect

Notes
- Data is synced every hour
- Historical data is backfilled for the last 90 days on initial connection
- Fload reads event data only — it does not write to your Mixpanel project
