Weekly Report
Every Monday, Fload sends a digest of your key metrics from the past week — so you start each week knowing exactly where your apps stand.
What's in the report
The weekly report covers your primary revenue and growth metrics, with week-over-week comparisons:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Subscriptions | Current subscriber count + change from last week |
| Gross Revenue | Total user spend + change |
| Net Revenue | Your take after store cut + change |
| Total Downloads | Downloads this week + change |
| New Trials | Trial starts this week + change |
| ARPU | Average revenue per paying user + change |
Each metric shows:
- The current week's value
- The absolute and percentage change vs. the prior week
- An up/down/neutral direction indicator
Delivery channels
Weekly reports are sent to all members of your organization every Monday. Each member can opt out in Settings → Notifications → Email preferences.
Slack
If you've connected Slack, the weekly digest is also posted to your configured Slack channel. Configure in Settings → Integrations → Slack.
Discord
If you've connected Discord, the weekly digest is posted to your configured Discord channel.
When reports are sent
Reports are sent on Monday mornings (based on your organization's timezone). The report covers the previous week (Monday through Sunday).
The scheduler checks all organizations with active reporting preferences and sends reports in batches. If you don't receive a report, check that:
- Your connector has synced recent data (reports require live data)
- Your email notification preference is enabled
- Your email is not marking Fload messages as spam
No-data behavior
If your app has no data for the week (e.g., your connector hasn't synced yet), the report will omit that metric rather than show a zero.
