Integrations (Slack & Discord)
Connect Slack or Discord to receive anomaly alerts, weekly reports, and review notifications in your team's channels — and to query your app data directly from chat.
Slack
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack.
- Click Connect Slack.
- Authorize Fload to post to your workspace.
- Select the channel for notifications.
- Click Save.
What Slack can do
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Weekly digest | Monday morning summary of key metrics |
| Anomaly alerts | Instant notification when a metric spikes or drops |
| Review notifications | Alert when new App Store/Play reviews arrive |
| AI chat via Slack | Ask questions about your data directly in Slack |
Slack AI chat
Once Slack is connected, you can message Fload in your Slack workspace and ask data questions like you would in the web app. The same AI analytics engine responds inline in Slack.
Discord
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Discord.
- Follow the OAuth flow to connect your Discord server.
- Select the channel for notifications.
What Discord can do
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Weekly digest | Monday morning summary posted to your channel |
| Anomaly alerts | Metric spike/drop notifications |
| AI chat via Discord | Query your app data directly in Discord |
Notification preferences
Per-user notification preferences (what to receive and where) are configured in Settings → Notifications.
Per-app notification subscriptions (e.g., only get review alerts for specific apps) are configured in the Review Agent settings for each app.
Webhook endpoints
Fload exposes internal webhook endpoints for receiving events from Slack and Discord (for bot message handling). These are managed automatically — you don't need to configure them manually.
